Facebook & Meta Marketing

Meta ads that are built to produce enquiries, not likes

We plan, run and report targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns aimed at one outcome you choose — leads, sales or traffic — with the tracking in place to prove what each campaign actually did. You keep the ad account, the pixel and every audience we build.

Ad spend is billed separately by Meta and is never included in the management fee.

What's included

Everything that goes into a campaign we run

Campaign strategy, audience targeting, ad creatives and monthly reporting — plus the tracking work that makes all four of them mean something.

Campaign strategy

Every campaign is tied to one business objective — leads, sales or traffic — and the Meta objective, placements and budget split are chosen to serve that single goal.

Audience targeting

Cold prospecting, warm retargeting and lookalike audiences built from your customer list, site visitors and page engagers — with exclusions so you stop paying to reach people who already bought.

Ad creatives

Static images, carousels and short video cuts, each written for the feed with several hooks and angles per campaign — so testing has genuinely different ideas to compare, not one ad in three colours.

Pixel & conversion tracking

Meta Pixel and the Conversions API installed and verified, with standard events for leads, add-to-cart and purchase — so Meta optimises toward real actions and your reports reflect what actually happened.

Budget & delivery management

Spend, frequency and delivery are monitored through the month. Budget shifts toward the ad sets producing results and away from those that are not — with your sign-off on anything structural.

Monthly reporting

One plain-language report each month covering what ran, what it cost, what it produced and what changes next — written so you can read it without a marketing dictionary.

How we work

From your offer to a campaign that can be measured

The order matters. Objective before audience, tracking before spend, testing before scaling.

  1. Objective and offer first

We start with your offer, your margins and what a genuinely valuable customer looks like for you. That conversation decides whether the campaign should chase leads, sales or traffic — trying to chase all three at once is the fastest way to waste a budget.

  2. Tracking before spending

Before any money goes to ads, we install the Meta Pixel and Conversions API and check that the lead, add-to-cart and purchase events fire correctly on your site or form. Without verified tracking, Meta optimises blind and every report afterwards is guesswork.

  3. Audiences and creative build

We build the audience structure — cold prospecting, retargeting layers and exclusions — and produce the ad creative with multiple hooks for each angle. Copy, images and video cuts all come to you for approval before anything goes live.

  4. Launch and structured testing

Campaigns launch with a deliberate test structure, so we can tell which audience and which creative is doing the work rather than guessing. The opening weeks are a learning period, and we do not judge a campaign on its first few days of delivery.

  5. Optimise, refresh, report

Through the month we pause what underperforms, move budget toward what works and refresh creative before fatigue sets in. At month end you get the report and a clear plan for what we are changing next.

Who this is for

Meta ads are worth it when this sounds like you

Paid campaigns work best when there is a clear offer and someone ready to answer the enquiries they produce.

A local service business

A clinic, salon, coaching centre or repair service that already gets enquiries through Messenger and phone calls, but has no reliable way to make those enquiries arrive on purpose instead of by luck.

A store selling through a Facebook page

An F-commerce or e-commerce seller taking orders in the inbox, now wanting a proper website checkout funnel with retargeting behind it rather than a boosted post every few days.

A business that has been boosting posts

You have spent money on Boost for months, you see likes and comments, and you still cannot answer the one question that matters: did any of it turn into a sale?

A launch that needs reach quickly

A new product, a new branch or a seasonal offer where organic reach would take far too long, and you need to put the message in front of a specific audience within days.

Results depend a great deal on your offer, your pricing and the budget behind the campaign — an ad can only carry a message, it cannot fix one the market does not want. We will tell you honestly if we think ads are the wrong first step for your business.

What you get

Exactly what lands in your inbox

  • A written campaign plan — objective, audience structure, creative angles and budget split — approved by you before anything launches
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API installed, with event firing verified on your site or lead form
  • Ad creative sets for each campaign angle: images, carousels and copy variations ready to test
  • Campaigns, ad sets and ads built inside your own Meta Business Manager
  • Lead form or landing page destination configured and tested end to end before spend starts
  • A monthly performance report in plain language, plus the plan for the following month
  • Full ownership of the page, ad account, pixel and audiences — they stay yours if we ever part ways

What the monthly report shows

No screenshot dumps. One document you can read in a few minutes:

  • Spend and results for each campaign
  • Which audiences and creatives performed best
  • Actions people took on your site or lead form
  • Creative fatigue signals and what we refreshed
  • What we are changing next month, and why

If a campaign underperformed that month, the report says so and explains what we are doing about it.

FAQ

The questions worth asking before you spend

Is the ad spend included in your management fee?

No — they are two separate things. The management fee covers the strategy, creative, setup and ongoing optimisation work. The ad spend goes directly to Meta from your own payment method on your own ad account, so you can always see exactly what was spent and on what.

How much ad budget do I need to start?

It depends on your offer, your market and how many people you need to reach, so we set it together after the discovery call rather than quoting a number blind. What matters more than the amount is consistency — a steady budget that runs long enough to learn from will always beat a larger one switched on and off.

How long until I see results?

Honestly, the first few weeks are mostly learning. Meta needs enough conversion events to find the people who buy from you, and we need enough data to know which audience and creative combinations are working. Some campaigns bring enquiries in the first week; others need a full month before the picture is clear enough to scale.

Can you guarantee a certain number of leads or sales?

No, and we would be careful with anyone who does. Results depend heavily on your offer, your pricing, your budget and how quickly you follow up with the leads — and several of those sit outside our control. What we do commit to is the work itself: verified tracking, tested creative, active optimisation and reporting that tells you the truth.

Do you need access to my Facebook page and ad account?

Yes, but through partner access inside your own Meta Business Manager — we never ask for your personal login. You remain the owner of the page, the ad account, the pixel and the audiences we build, and all of it stays with you if the engagement ends.

We already boost posts. Is this the same thing?

Not really. Boost is a single button with almost no control over the objective, the audience or the placements, and it usually optimises for engagement — which is why boosted posts collect reactions but few enquiries. Building campaigns properly in Ads Manager lets us pick a conversion objective, structure audiences and exclusions, and test creative against each other.
