1. Who this policy covers

JubayerIT is a web development and SEO agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, working with clients in Bangladesh and abroad. This policy explains how we handle information from anyone who visits https://www.jubayerit.com, submits a form on it, or contacts us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

It covers this website only. It does not cover websites we build for clients — those run under their own owners' policies.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you fill in the contact or quotation form, or write to us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send. That usually includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your business or organisation name
• Details about the project you want built, ranked or maintained
• Anything else you type into the message field

Only the fields marked as required have to be filled in. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details through the form — if we need access to something, we will tell you a safe way to share it.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our server keeps technical logs. These typically record the IP address of the request, the browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the visit. We use these to keep the site running, spot errors and block abuse — not to build a profile of you.

2.3 Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics tags that show us which pages people read and where visitors arrive from. This is aggregate traffic data. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information for a small number of clear purposes:

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
• To deliver, support and invoice work you have hired us for
• To keep records of what was agreed on a project
• To keep the website secure, working and free of spam
• To understand, in aggregate, which of our pages are useful

We do not send marketing emails to people who only submitted an enquiry. If we ever start a newsletter, joining it will be a separate opt-in you choose.

4. We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any price, ever. We do not sell contact lists to other agencies, advertisers or data brokers. Your enquiry exists so we can answer it — nothing else.

5. Who we share it with

To run the website and reply to you, we rely on a few service providers. They process data on our instructions, for our purposes, and are not free to use it for their own:

• Hosting: the website and its server logs are hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). The database is hosted by Neon, and uploaded images by Vercel Blob.
• Email: form submissions and our replies pass through [Insert email provider].
• Analytics: Google Tag Manager, and the analytics tags loaded through it, receive aggregate usage data.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Bangladesh, which means your information may be stored or processed abroad.

We will also disclose information if a law, court order or lawful government request requires it. If that ever happens and we are permitted to tell you, we will.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for [Insert retention period, e.g. 12 months], then deleted.
• Client project records (contracts, scopes, invoices): kept for [Insert retention period, e.g. 6 years] so we can meet accounting and tax obligations.
• Server logs: kept for [Insert log retention, e.g. 30 days].

7. Cookies and analytics

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This site uses cookies only where they do a job: keeping the site working correctly, and — if analytics are enabled — counting visits.

We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies on this website unless that changes and this policy is updated to say so. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though some measurements will be lost.

8. Your rights

Whatever we hold about you, you can ask us to:

• Show you — a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correct it — fix anything inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete it — remove it, unless we are legally required to keep a record (for example, a paid invoice).
• Stop using it — withdraw consent, or ask us to stop contacting you.

How to make a request

Email info@jubayerit.com and tell us what you want. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is really you before we act. We aim to respond within [Insert response time, e.g. 30 days]. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

9. How we protect it

Form submissions travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people at JubayerIT who need it to do their work, and accounts are protected by strong passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim to be — but if a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and explain what happened.

10. Links to other websites

Our pages sometimes link to other sites — client work, tools we recommend, or social profiles. Once you follow such a link, you are on someone else's website, under their privacy policy. We have no control over what they collect, so please read their terms before sharing anything with them.

11. Children's privacy

This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal details, email info@jubayerit.com and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our tools, providers or practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the text.
