The challengeDelivering paid courses, live classes and exams to school students across Bangladesh needs far more than a website: sign-up has to work from any phone number, payment has to be local, and thousands of students have to sit a timed exam at the same moment without the platform falling over.

What we didBuilt and run the full platform — course enrolment for class 6 to HSC plus college, medical, engineering and university admission programmes, live classes with recordings, timed quizzes and model tests, free resources, teacher profiles and success stories, all in Bangla. Laravel and Vue, live video, SMS one-time-password sign-in and local payment gateways.

The challengeCounselling enquiries arrived from the website, from paper forms at education fairs and from social messages, then had to be retyped into the CRM by hand — which is slow on a busy stand and where leads quietly go missing. Prospective students, meanwhile, kept asking the same things: how to write a statement of purpose, what a CV should look like, which country suits them.

What we didBuilt the site around those questions: free SOP samples, CV templates and a tools hub as lead magnets, country guides, consultation booking, and a blog the team edits itself. For fairs, a separate lightweight capture form sits behind a QR code on the stand, so a visitor fills it in on their own phone and the lead is assigned to the front desk immediately. Website and QR both post into the CRM through one server-side integration, with the API key never leaving the server — so nothing is retyped and nothing is lost between the stand and the office.

The challengeStudents sitting a paper mock get no practice at the thing that actually unsettles them on test day — the computer-delivered interface. Running those mocks properly means a room full of licensed machines, timed sessions nobody can restart, and writing and speaking marked fast enough to be useful while the class is still in the room.

What we didBuilt the platform end to end: a test engine that mirrors the real computer-delivered interface across reading, listening, writing and speaking, with per-answer autosave, audio streamed from a CDN, and band scores calculated from configurable rules. Writing and speaking are evaluated automatically with human marking where it counts. Around the exam sits everything a chain needs — licensed lab machines with seat assignment and session control, per-branch pricing and credits, staff roles, and a class-by-class exercise system where the explanation only unlocks once the student has submitted their own answer. A Rust and Tauri desktop app for Windows and Mac lets students practise against the same backend outside the lab.
